Return Policy.

For returns please e-mail tuchglas@cableone.net for instructions on where to return your items.
Please state reason for return (i.e. defect, broken, exchange, don't like).
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase and be in the ORIGINAL packing, otherwise a refund will be void.
On items over $50.00, we will insure the package when we send it to you, our customer.
Please follow the instructions from the shipping service if breakage should occur on these items.
Please include your telephone # so that we may expedite your return.
